Paul Mueller

Paul Mueller is the Founder of Capital Reserve Studies Powered by Club Benchmarking, a role commenced in December 2017, focusing on integrating capital reserve studies into services for the private club sector. Since June 2008, Paul has served as Owner and Senior Analyst at Club Capital Planners, where on-site architectural and financial inspections are conducted to assess capital repair and replacement needs for clubs over the next 20 years. Paul holds a Bachelor of Architectural Sciences from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, earned between 1978 and 1982.
