Jake Kruegel

Jake Kruegel has a diverse work experience. Jake'smost recent position was as a Software Implementation Specialist at Club Caddie, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Golf and Instruction at The Bunker - Southern Park starting in November 2021 and as the Founder and Director of Instruction at Buckeye Golf Academy starting in January 2021.

Before transitioning into the golf industry, Jake held positions in SEO and web development. Jake worked at OuterBox, Inc. as an SEO Strategist, Senior SEO Specialist, and Search Engine Optimization Specialist from October 2019 to November 2020. Jake also served as a Golf Coach at Ursuline College from September 2019 to May 2020.

Prior to their involvement in the golf and SEO industries, Jake gained experience in operations, web design, and development. Jake worked as an Operations Supervisor at WRIS Web Services from April 2016 to September 2019, where they were responsible for overseeing the Small Business Division. Jake also worked as a Professional Golf Instructor at The Golf Dome from August 2015 to August 2019.

Earlier in their career, Jake gained web development experience as a Web Development Intern at the Cleveland Browns from August 2014 to November 2014. Jake also worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Club Walden from April 2014 to October 2014 and as an IT Network/Systems Intern at National Enterprise Systems, Inc. from November 2013 to March 2014.

Jake Kruegel attended Kent State University from 2008 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Technical studies Networking/Programming. Jake had completed all but six classes required for the degree. In 2012, they also briefly attended The Ohio State University and studied Professional Golf Management.
