Austin Zech, PGA, MBA

Austin Zech has a diverse range of work experience in the golf industry. Austin began their career as a Director of Instruction at Topgolf from an unspecified start and end date. Austin then worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at We-Ko-Pa Golf Club from April 2016 to August 2017, where they recruited and hired outside service staff. Austin then served as the Head Golf Professional and Program Manager at Shalimar Golf Club from August 2017 to April 2019, where they focused on enhancing customer transitions and optimizing efficiency. Austin later held the same position at Encanterra Country Club from April 2019 to October 2019, managing a budget of over $5 million and organizing charity events. Austin then became the Head Golf Professional and Program Manager at Indian Summer Country Club from October 2019 to April 2021, where they instructed PGA students and managed infrastructure maintenance. From April 2021 to April 2023, Austin worked as a Customer Success Manager, Product Manager, and Program Manager at TenFore Golf. In this role, they managed key performance metrics, built and maintained relationships with customers, and made recommendations for software upgrades. Currently, Austin is working as a Software Implementation Specialist at Club Caddie starting from March 2023.

Austin Zech, PGA, MBA attended Eastern New Mexico University from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's degree in Professional Golf Management with a minor in Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Austin has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the Figma Essential Training: The Basics course from LinkedIn and obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications from the Counsil For Six Sigma Certification (C.S.S.C).

In 2021, Austin earned certifications in Programmatic Advertising Foundations and Project Management Foundations, both from LinkedIn. Austin also completed the Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)® course from LinkedIn in 2020.
