Ross Atherton

Ross Atherton has extensive work experience in leadership and management roles. Ross started their career at Trane Technologies, where they served as a Sales Manager, leading a team to achieve consistent growth in service and sales. Ross later became the Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) Sales Leader for the Trane Virginia District, driving significant revenue through innovative sales strategies. Atherton then became the General Manager at Trane Technologies, overseeing a $40M P&L and successfully turning around underperforming offices.

After their time at Trane Technologies, Atherton joined Ingersoll Rand as the Vice President of Global Sales for the Global upstream Oil and Gas business, where they were responsible for profitable growth and P&L accountability of a $250M business.

Currently, Atherton is the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at Club Car, leading global strategic sourcing and operational excellence for four manufacturing sites with 300 suppliers. Prior to this role, Atherton was the Vice President and General Manager of Club Car's consumer products and micro mobility businesses, with full P&L accountability and cross-functional leadership.
