Ross Atherton has extensive work experience in leadership and management roles. Ross started their career at Trane Technologies, where they served as a Sales Manager, leading a team to achieve consistent growth in service and sales. Ross later became the Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) Sales Leader for the Trane Virginia District, driving significant revenue through innovative sales strategies.
