Manuel de Barrio Aguirre is a professional with a wide range of experience in the field. Manuel started their career in 2012 as a Business Development Intern at Indra. In 2013, they joined Deloitte as a Junior Consultant, where they were responsible for developing and ensuring the deliverables were aligned with what was requested. Manuel then moved to KPMG España in 2014, where they worked as a Manager, leading more than 7 projects and managing teams of around 8 people. In 2019, they became a Strategy Advisor at Adjudicarte, followed by a role as a Member at Nova Talent in 2022. Currently, Manuel is the Co-Founder & CEO of Club Clínico, where they help private clinics compete with large franchises through technology and data, as well as centralization of processes.

Manuel de Barrio Aguirre received their primary and secondary education from Colegio San Patricio from 1991 to 2006. Manuel then went on to pursue an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 2007 to 2013. Following this, they obtained a Master degree in Generalist Engineering from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers in 2013. Most recently, they have completed an Executive MBA from IESE Business School in 2020.
