Neela Gomes, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Club Coffee since September 2022. With extensive experience in the field, previous roles include Senior Director and Director of Human Resources at Cardinal Meat Specialists Limited from June 2016 to October 2022, and Sr. HR Business Partner at McKesson Canada from January 2013 to February 2016. Neela's career also includes HR Manager positions at Janes Family Foods and Maple Leaf Foods, as well as a Health & Safety Coordinator role at Russel Metals. Neela holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai, and has furthered education at Sheridan College and Humber College.
