The leadership team at Club de Futbol Monterrey has a wide range of experience in various industries. Some members have experience in strategic planning at Unetefan, marketing at Axsis Tecnologia, customer service at Continental Airlines, and commercial sales at Estadio de Futbol Monterrey. Others have experience in lecturing at Universidad del Valle de México, managing projects at Universidad Tecmilenio, and leading sports teams like Alianza UAFC. The team also has experience in various editorial positions at Grupo Reforma, a Mexican newspaper company.
