Liz Lacko

Liz Lacko has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and aquatics. Liz currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Club Fit since March 2023. Previously, Liz worked at CreateMe as an Associate People Business Partner for North America from September 2022 to March 2023, and as a People Coordinator from February 2022 to September 2022. From July 2021 to February 2022, they worked at Club Fit as a Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Liz held various roles at Club Fit including Aquatics Director from January 2020 to July 2021 and Club Experience Advisor from December 2018 to January 2020. Liz also has experience as the Assistant Director of Aquatics & Safety at Rye YMCA from June 2013 to December 2018, and as an Office Manager at Division 1 Prep from November 2012 to June 2013.

Liz Lacko pursued their education at Sacred Heart University from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Psychology. After a few years, from 2013 to 2016, Liz enrolled in Southern New Hampshire University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, during their time at Southern New Hampshire University, Liz also completed a Graduate Certificate program in Human Resources Management and Services.
