Club Fit
Serena Boshak is an experienced swim instructor and lifeguard with a background in working with diverse age groups and varying swimming abilities. Currently serving as a lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor (WSI) at Club Fit since September 2013, Serena has also taught group swim lessons at the Rudy A. Ciccotti Family Recreation Center. Additionally, Serena worked as a counselor at the Colonie Youth Center from September 2015 to May 2016, where responsibilities included supervising and engaging with children at the before and after school program at Veeder Elementary School. Serena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, Behavior, and Law from The College of Saint Rose, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and attended Dutchess Community College from 2012 to 2014.
