Prior to their current roles, David served as a Partner at Mayer Brown and was a Representative of Indiana's 2nd Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Additionally, David has held various positions in the White House during the Reagan Administration and was the Executive Director of Vice President Dan Quayle's Council for Competitiveness.
