Miguel Edwards is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as a member of the Club Managers Association of America since March 2023. Recently appointed as Manager of Food and Beverage at Running Deer Golf Club and Seven Tap-Tavern, Miguel oversees all food and beverage operations including banquets and outings, while managing a staff of 20-30 employees. Previously, as Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage at the Philadelphia Cricket Club, Miguel ensured exceptional service across multiple outlets at one of the oldest private country clubs in the United States. Miguel's culinary background includes a position as Line Chef at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Portmore Community College, complemented by training at WSET School London.
