Michael Busack

Michael Busack serves as the Executive Director of Club Passim since March 2025 and has held multiple leadership roles at The Trustees of Reservations since June 2019, including Museum Director for Fruitlands Museum, deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum, and the Old Manse. Responsibilities encompass overseeing operations for a portfolio of cultural and recreational sites. Previously, Michael was the Chief Marketing and Engagement Officer at South Shore Conservatory, leading marketing and communications for a prominent arts education institution. Additional experience includes roles as Account Director at Matter Communications and Media Relations Manager at Elevate Communications, where Michael developed media strategies for high-profile clients. A background in public relations includes a directorial position at Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, publicist work at Historic Deerfield, and reporting for The Boston Globe and Eagle Tribune Newspaper. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
