Julia Motina

Julia Motina currently holds the position of Head of FP&A at Club Sports Group since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Strategy & Insights at Convive Brands from January 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities encompassed developing long-term enterprise strategies and providing critical financial reporting. Julia also worked as Head of FP&A at Le Pain Quotidien and as Manager of FP&A at Poppin, focusing on operational support, cash management, and performance analysis. Additionally, Julia co-founded LJ Analytics, offering financial planning and reporting services, and held roles at OTG Management Inc. and Y&R Brands, where expertise included operational reporting and budget modeling. Julia earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business.
