Manuel Quintero Moffitt

Manuel Quintero Moffitt has extensive experience in technology and management roles within the contact center industry. Currently serving as Gerente Senior de Tecnología at Club Union de Panamá since September 2018, Manuel previously held positions such as Gerente de Contact Center at Cable Onda and Business Manager at Alorica. Additionally, experience includes roles as Workforce Manager at Fusion Contact Centers, LLC and as Workforce Manager/Operations Manager at NCO Group. Manuel holds a Post-Grado en Alta Gerencia from Universidad Latina de Panamá, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics from the same institution, obtained in 2010.
