Fabiana Leal

Fabiana Leal has extensive experience in project coordination and management within the sports sector. Currently serving as the Coordenadora de projetos at Clube de Regatas do Flamengo since 2016, Fabiana focuses on registering projects in accordance with state and federal sports laws, alongside financial monitoring and reporting. Prior to this role, Fabiana worked at Effect Sport e Entretenimento Ltda from 2010 to 2016 as an Analista de projetos, where responsibilities included developing projects under the sports incentive law and managing accountability. Fabiana's career began at Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. as an estagiário from January 2000 to January 2001, followed by a position as an atendente at Enel from February 2002 to September 2004. Fabiana holds an education from Universidade Unigranrio | Afya.
