Stephan Rasp

Stephan Rasp has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Stephan currently serves as the Managing Director at Clubessential Holdings, where they excel in penetrating new markets, driving turnaround efforts, expanding operations, and identifying new partnerships for future business opportunities. Stephan focuses on bringing products to market that meet customer demand while supporting teams in winning business from key customers. Prior to this, Stephan founded MOODIKS, Inc. and served as the CEO, creating and launching the first product.

Stephan has also held various leadership positions at Qognify, Ariba, Concur Technologies, webbpm, BMC, Peregrine, and Remedy. Notably, as the CEO of SeeTec GmbH, they provided strategic leadership in reversing losses and doubling revenue over the course of five years. Stephan also played a key role in the merger with OnSSI to penetrate the US market. Throughout their career, Stephan has demonstrated their ability to build and lead strong teams, drive strategic launches in multiple markets, and achieve significant revenue growth.

Stephan Rasp attended Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 1985 to 1988, where they pursued a degree in Medicine. Stephan successfully completed their Physikum, BSC during that time period.
