Emily Dotter

Emily Dotter is an experienced professional in technical support and digital production, currently serving as a Level 3 Reservation Specialist at Clubessential since June 2020, where responsibilities include resolving complex technical issues, mentoring support specialists, and acting as the main contact for internal escalations. Prior roles at Clubessential include Level 2 and Level 1 Support Specialist positions, focusing on advanced reservation systems and first-contact support for clients. Emily also worked as a Content Specialist earlier in 2019, managing web content and quality assurance testing. Prior to joining Clubessential, Emily was a Digital Production Manager at Theatre Management Corporation from February 2014 to October 2019, overseeing content for multiple theater websites and creating promotional video advertisements.
