Angela Burke

Angela Burke has worked in various roles since 1992. Angela began their career as a Sales Secretary at Hewlett-Packard in 1992. In 1994, they worked as a Collections Officer, PA to the Managing Director, and Admin Assistant to the Financial Controller at Stryker Australia Ltd (part-time). Angela also worked as a Piano Teacher during this time. In 1999, they worked as an Assistant to the Head of ABC Music (Record Label) at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. From 2001 to 2004, they worked at Falkland Oil and Gas Limited as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, providing Board-level administrative support, account and invoice processing, preparation of company financial reports, company expenses, contractor time-sheets, and facilities management. From 2003 to 2004, they worked at Howden Insurance Brokers / Hyperion Insurance Group as a Facilities Manager and PA to the IT Director. In 2014, they worked as a Volunteer Group Treasurer at Ashtead Cancer Group. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at ClubSpark as a Senior Customer Service Executive and Office Manager. Since 2017, they have been Self Employed as a Private Music Tutor (Piano).

Angela Burke has a long and varied educational history. Angela obtained their High School diploma from Loreto College Normanhurst, Australia in 1986. Angela then attended UNSW from 1994 to 1998, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Arts (Music). In 2003, they attended London College for Microsoft Office 2000 and Project Management, and Multi Lingua - Guildford for a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA). In 2013, they obtained a Level I Certificate in Basic Bookkeeping from The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, and in 2015 they obtained a Level II Certificate in Bookkeeping and Sage 50 Accounts Professional V20 Training, Advanced from the same institution. Additionally, in 2016 they obtained a Sage 50 Accounts Professional V20 Training - Advanced from The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
