Senior Customer Service Executive at SIRCLO

Retno Widayati has had a diverse work experience in various customer service roles. Retno started their career in 2014 as a Phone Banking Officer at PT Bank CIMB Niaga. After working there for ten months, they then joined Berrybenka, where they held the position of Senior Customer Service from September 2015 to August 2017. Following this, they worked at LYKE eServices Indonesia (now Jollychic Indonesia) as a Customer Service representative from August 2017 to March 2018. Currently, they are employed at SIRCLO as a Senior Customer Service Executive, a position they have held since March 2018.

Retno Widayati obtained their Diploma in Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary from Akademik Bina Sarana Informatika in the years 2011 to 2014.
