Alok Pandey

Alok Pandey is an experienced executive and investor with a proven track record of success. Alok began their career in 2008 as a Financial Analyst at NLP Consultants. In 2010, they joined J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banker, where they worked on M&A advisory and capital raising deals, including a $1.1B Senior Notes Offering for Symantec, a $1.8B Sale of SunGuard Higher Education to Hellman & Friedman, and a $12.5B Senior Notes Offering for Oracle. In 2012, they joined TCV as an Investment Professional, where they were responsible for building relationships and sourcing and executing growth equity capital raises with software and technology enabled services businesses. Theirinvestments/portfolio companies included IQMS (sourced by Alok; acquired by Dassault Systems), Siteminder, Genesys (acquired by Interactive Intelligence), TOA (acquired by ORCL), and Sitecore (acquired by EQT). In 2014, they joined Vector Capital as a Vice President. In 2015, they joined Emarsys as a Board Member, which was later acquired by SAP in 2020. In 2018, they joined Pango as VP of Finance & Corporate Development, leading Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Development for a $100M+ GAAP revenue, profitable security software company. This company was later acquired by Aura. In 2020, they joined Twingate as Chief Financial Officer, a SaaS network security Company. Most recently, they joined Quick Custom Intelligence as a Board Member and Clubspeed as Chief Executive Officer, the world's leading venue management software for activity centers.

Alok Pandey has completed a high school diploma from Santa Cruz High School. Alok then attended The Wharton School, where they studied Finance and International Studies. Alok also participated in a 6 month study abroad program at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they took courses in Economics and Sociology taught in Portuguese language.
