Christina Bartlett has held various positions in the customer service and customer success fields since 2005. Christina began their career as a CSR/ Event Coordinator at Pole Position Raceway in 2005. In 2007, they moved to Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Server at Buffalo Wild Wings. In 2012, they joined Clubspeed as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, their responsibilities included proactively identifying and prioritizing accounts, developing a positive customer experience, maintaining a detailed understanding of products and services, and ensuring successful product adoption. Christina also held the positions of Training Manager and Customer Service Liaison at Clubspeed.
Christina Bartlett attended Riverside City College from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an Associate's degree in Admin and Information Systems.
