Kirsten Weber, PhD, is a skilledResearch Data Scientist at Clue by Biowink since January 2022. Previous roles include Academic Writer & Researcher at Humanity Crew, where work focused on mental health issues faced by refugees, and a German Language Instructor at Goethe-Institut Toronto. Kirsten is the creator of CookAndLearnGerman.com, a platform combining language learning with cooking. A former Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science, expertise includes natural language processing and web application development. At the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics, Kirsten served as a Senior Investigator and conducted neuroimaging research, mentoring graduate students in language production and learning. Educational background includes a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Radboud University Nijmegen, an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience with a specialization in Psycholinguistics, and a BSc in Cognitive Science from the University of Exeter, alongside a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School.
