Swaroop Uddanda Rao

Swaroop Uddanda Rao has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Swaroop started their career as a Program Associate at NetCracker in 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a System Analyst, involved in design, coding, unit integration, and user acceptance testing of billing engine requirements using C++.

In 2013, Swaroop joined CSG as a Senior Development Consultant and later became a Senior Software Engineer. Swaroop was responsible for developing online/offline generic rating solutions for telecom/IoT and event-based domains. Swaroop also played a key role in the conversion of legacy rating systems to cloud-native solutions using AWS, Golang, C#, and Docker. Swaroop deployed the cloud-native rating solution in production, focused on performance optimization and cost efficiency. Swaroop also led an Agile team of 8 and was actively involved in Agile methodologies.

In 2015, Swaroop worked as a Development Consultant and Specialist, with responsibilities including client requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, and end-to-end implementation of the Singleview system. Swaroop provided strong technical support in the rating, billing, and roaming areas.

Since 2021, Swaroop has been working at Cluep as a Senior Software Engineer in R&D. Swaroop collaborates with the VP of Product, DevOps, and Operations to understand client requirements. Swaroop designs, develops, and deploys solutions in the AWS cloud, focusing on solving technical challenges in cloud-native applications. Swaroop also automates deployments using IAAC and develops cost-effective AWS solutions to address large-scale business problems.

From 2003 to 2003, Swaroop attended Nalanda High School, where they completed their SSC degree.

In 2003, they enrolled at Sri Chaitanya College of Education and completed their MPC degree from there.

Later, from 2005 to 2009, Swaroop joined Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Kakinada and obtained a B.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering.
