Currently serving as Non Executive Director and Vice Chair of the Audit Committee at Clúid Housing, Deborah provides vital direction in alignment with organizational goals while implementing risk management practices. Previous roles include Vice President of Finance & Growth at ESW, where Deborah focused on acquisition integration and finance transformation, and Vice President of Finance at Aramark Northern Europe, leading significant financial reviews that yielded substantial savings. With a career that spans leadership positions at global firms such as Kerry and Unilever, Deborah has consistently driven efficiency and effectiveness in finance operations, complemented by a Master of Business Administration from Dublin City University and ACCA certification as a Chartered Accountant.
