Ionut Iulian Barbu, MSc, Assoc CIPD, BPS, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Data & Operations Analyst at Clúid Housing since April 2024, following a previous role as a Human Resources Officer at the same organization from February 2018 to January 2022. Ionut has a strong background in human resources, having worked as an HR Specialist at Daysha Consulting and gaining extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS management. With a solid academic foundation, including an MSc in Human Resource Management from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University College Dublin, Ionut has developed a diverse skill set across various roles in retail, education, and hospitality, starting as a shop assistant and progressing through various positions.
