John Binnie

John Binnie is a seasoned professional in property asset management with extensive experience in the housing sector. Currently serving as the Property Asset Manager at Clúid Housing since October 2023, John contributes to the not-for-profit organization's mission of providing affordable housing in Ireland. Prior to this role, John held key positions at The Iveagh Trust, including Head of Asset Management and Head of Property Management, where responsibilities encompassed strategic asset management, operational leadership, and overseeing historic properties. John also has a notable background as Managing Director of Binnie Maintenance & Refurbishment Ltd. and has worked with American Apparel as a European Facilities & Project Manager, managing maintenance for retail stores across multiple countries. John’s career began with roles in the construction and security sectors, complemented by ongoing education in Quantity Surveying at the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
