Rui Rufino

Rui Rufino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain and operations strategy, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Cluster Advisory since July 2020 and as a Professor of Operations Management at Instituto Superior de Gestão since November 2009.
