Tracy Jackson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has over three decades of experience in the field of human resources. Tracy is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Clutch, where they oversee human capital efforts for the organization. Prior to their current role, Tracy worked as the President & CEO of HR E-Z, Inc., providing customized solutions to address human capital challenges for small and mid-sized companies. Tracy has also held executive positions at SAFE Credit Union and Golden 1 Credit Union, where they played a key role in shaping their human resources and organizational development strategies. Tracy's extensive experience also includes serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sleep Train and Mattress Firm, where they successfully handled discrimination and harassment charges and implemented training programs. Earlier in their career, they held various HR roles at Cache Creek Casino Resort, American Water, Apple, and State Farm Insurance. Tracy's expertise in HR and their track record of delivering results make their a highly accomplished professional in their field.

Tracy Jackson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from San Diego State University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, Tracy attended St. John's University from 1988 to 1990, but did not earn a degree.

In addition to their formal education, Tracy has received several certifications throughout their career. Tracy obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2006. Tracy also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM Certification, which they obtained in April 2015. In the same year, Tracy also completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate program at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.

Tracy has continued to enhance their knowledge and skills by obtaining additional certifications more recently. In February 2022, they completed the WRMSDC Corporate Ready program offered by the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council. In February 2023, Tracy obtained the certifications: "One Million Black Women: Black in Business Graduate" from Goldman Sachs and "How Managers Drive Extraordinary Team Performance" from LinkedIn.
