James Caicedo

James Caicedo has a diverse background in sales, customer service, and sports coaching. Currently serving at Clutch in multiple capacities, including Sales Associate and Customer Onboarding Specialist since June 2022, James has also held roles at FanDuel as a Customer Service Agent and at Born Kickers as Head Coach. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at NYU Langone Health as Supervisor and Patient Service Representative, focused on patient registration and service quality. James spent eight years at Park Slope United as Director of Operations, managing game schedules and coaching youth soccer teams, following early involvement in athletic marketing at St. Francis College, where a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services was earned.
