Customer Success Manager at Clutch

Chris Kashow has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 when they worked as a Student Intern (STEP) for the Social Security Administration. In this role, they assisted and worked with multiple managers to organize full appointment schedules on a daily basis, trained and managed other STEP workers on the Folder Shipment Project, and learned the inner workings of the SSA database using programs such as PCOM, VIP, STNNG and Print Log.

In 2011, Chris Kashow worked as an Excel Database Consultant for Monomer-Polymer and Dajac Labs. In this role, they assisted in the companies' transition of cliental listings from a basic Excel spreadsheet to a state of the art consumer mainframe. Chris also taught employees how to use the new mainframe, as well as managed and organized current and past filing systems.

From 2013 to 2019, Chris Kashow worked for AEGIS Communications as Director of Digital/Client Services. In this role, they managed, executed and analyzed all digital marketing initiatives, from banner ads to email campaigns and even eBooks.

Since 2019, Chris Kashow has been working for Clutch in two roles: Customer Success Manager and Execution & Support Manager.

Chris Kashow obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Geography from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Neshaminy High School.
