David Finver

David Finver has a wealth of experience in accounting and financial roles. David began their career in 2000 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson, where they worked on Neutrogena and the Pharmaceutical Sourcing Group Americas. David also served as an Internal Auditor. In 2006, they moved to Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Manager, where they were responsible for auditing filings to ensure compliance with SEC reporting and disclosure requirements. In 2008, they joined First Solar as a Senior Accounting Manager, where they managed all close processes, Sales & Use and International Tax returns, quarterly transfer pricing calculations, global capitalized interest analysis, and compliance with both accounting and SOX policies. David then moved to Sprouts Farmers Market in 2011, where they served as Director of Accounting and Assistant Controller. In 2016, they joined SDC Materials, Inc. as Controller and in 2017, they became Division Finance Director at Mirion Technologies, Inc. In 2018, they were Senior Director of Accounting/Controller at Starboard Cruise Services. In 2019, they became VP of Accounting at Splash Beverage Group, Inc. and in 2022, they joined Fat Tuesday as Accounting Leadership. Most recently, in 2023, they became Chief Financial Officer at Clutch Solutions.

David Finver obtained a Diploma from Paramus High School in 1992. David then attended Rutgers University - Newark from 1994 to 1998 and earned a BS in Accounting. In 2021, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Business at Florida International University - College of Business.
