Ben Havery Mrics

Ben Havery MRICS has an extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Ben started their career in 2000 as a Financial Analyst for Arcadia Group Ltd, where they worked on improving efficiencies and profitability through managing the property portfolio. In 2004, they worked as an IFA Consultant for Scottish Widows for a year.

In 2006, Ben joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Chartered Surveyor, where they advised on international projects in the logistics and industrial real estate sector. Ben represented major multinational retailers, 3PLs, and manufacturers in multiple markets across EMEA and APAC regions. Ben has experience in development projects and portfolio advice from Central and Eastern Europe to Turkey, and from China to Indonesia. Ben was based in Warsaw, Poland, Leeds, and currently in Jones Lang LaSalle's London West End office. Ben worked at Jones Lang LaSalle until 2014.

After Jones Lang LaSalle, Ben worked at Cushman & Wakefield as an Investment Surveyor in the Logistics & Industrial sector from 2014 to 2018. Then they joined Gent Visick as an Investment Director from 2018 to 2022, where they played a significant role in investment management.

Currently, Ben is working at Cluttons as a Partner in the Capital Markets division, where they oversee the company's capital market activities.

In 2005 and 2006, Ben obtained an MSc in Real Estate Management from Northumbria University.
