John Barrett

John Barrett's work experience includes serving as the Head of Commercial Valuations Consultancy at Cluttons since 1994. In this role, they have extensive experience in portfolio valuations and currently leads partnerships with Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, JP Morgan Asset Management, and CBRE Global Investors. John also provides valuations for secured lending purposes to major banks such as Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Lloyds Corporate HSBC, and Credit Suisse. John is responsible for valuation procedures nationwide, including providing advice and compliance on Red Book valuation issues and coordinating with regional offices on specific projects. Prior to working at Cluttons, John was an Associate at Knight Frank, where they worked from 1980 to 1994.

John Barrett attended University College School from 1969 to 1976. John then went on to study at Southbank University from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Town Planning.
