Julie Francis

Julie Francis has a diverse work experience. Julie started their career as a Sales Attendant at Erwin's Orchard in 2015. Julie then worked as a Resident Hall Attendant at Kettering University from 2017 to 2018. In 2016, they joined Corning Life Sciences as a Controls Engineer, where they were responsible for completing engineering and automation projects in a manufacturing environment. Julie worked on specifying, procuring, and completing projects to automate production processes, improve machine controls, and install machine data reporting. Julie also designed new electrical controls systems and improved existing systems. In 2019, Julie worked at Kettering University again, this time as a Campus Safety Vehicle Maintenance personnel. Julie then joined Golden Refrigerant in 2020 as an Assistant Production Manager, overseeing production activities. Currently, they are working as an Integration Engineer I at CLX Engineering, starting in 2021.

Julie Francis attended Kettering University from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Julie obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they completed the Refrigerant Handling (EPA 608) - Type I certification from Ferris State University. In October 2020, they obtained an Equipment Operator Permit for Forklift Truck from Golden Refrigerant. Furthermore, in May 2018, Julie completed the NFPA 70E Electrical Safety certification from International Workplace Group PLC.
