Michelle Vanstaden

Michelle Vanstaden currently serves as the Managing Director for UK & Europe at CLX since February 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle held multiple positions at DFI Retail Group, including Group Transformation and Singapore Food Operations Director, Group Transformation Director, and Store Change and Transformation Director for South East Asia from July 2018 to March 2024. Michelle’s experience also includes serving as Vice President of Central Operations at Southeastern Grocers from March 2016 to June 2018, and various leadership roles at Target Australia, Coles, Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd, and Woolworths between 1996 and 2015, focusing on operations, development, and retail implementation.
