Tom Burns

Tom Burns is an experienced legal professional with a focus on litigation and family law. Currently a shareholder at Clyde Snow & Sessions since May 2023, Tom has held similar roles at SMITH LC and Durham Jones & Pinegar. Prior to these positions, Tom worked as an attorney at Cohne, Rappaport & Segal and served as a law clerk for the Honorable William A. Thorne at the Utah Court of Appeals. Tom holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from the same institution.
