Claire Flynn

Claire Flynn is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and strategic messaging across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of Corporate Communications at Virgin Money since August 2018, Claire has also held leadership roles in internal communications and sustainability. Prior roles include Head of Enterprise Communications at CYBG PLC, Senior Communication Manager at RBS, and Communication Manager at National Australia Group. With a solid foundation in communication strategy development, Claire has effectively aligned messaging with business objectives throughout her career, starting from earlier positions such as Continuous Improvement Manager and Communication Executive. Claire holds a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Studies from the University of Strathclyde.
