Craig Stewart

Craig Stewart is a seasoned technology consultant with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently, as a Payments Technology Consultant at Virgin Money UK PLC since March 2017, Craig focuses on UK payments initiatives and financial crime technology. Prior to this role, Craig has held various consulting positions at Clydesdale Bank since February 2012, contributing to projects such as the Image Clearing Scheme and the ALS Systematics application platform upgrade. Craig's career began at National Australia Group from January 1999 to February 2012, where notable contributions included designing solutions for the Personal Current Account Change programme and the Corporate eBanking project, as well as participation in the Faster Payments programme. The academic foundation lies in a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science & Microprocessor Systems from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 1988.
