Emma Griffin

Emma Griffin is an experienced Business Incident Manager currently working at Virgin Money since October 2022. Prior to this role, Emma spent 18 years at E.ON UK, where responsibilities included managing Business Incident and Business Continuity processes, leading a team of Real Time Analysts, and overseeing daily operations within the centralised control centre. Emma’s expertise encompasses effective incident communication and management, collaboration with stakeholders, and maintaining operational performance.
