Leon Musmann

Leon Musmann has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Director of Venture Debt - Structured Finance at Virgin Money since March 2020, where support is provided to high-growth, IP-rich, pre-profit businesses through lending packages ranging from £1.5m to £10m. Prior to this role, Leon worked as a Commercial Finance Broker at LM Commercial Finance, assisting SMEs and property developers with their funding needs. Between September 2012 and September 2018, Leon held multiple positions at RBS, including Director of Corporate Transactions, overseeing the origination and execution of leveraged and structured finance for various corporate deals. Leon's earlier career included roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Barclays in customer service and banking positions. Leon holds several relevant qualifications including a Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA and a Certificate in Corporate Finance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
