Richard Conder

Richard Conder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and operational excellence. Since January 2012, Richard has held various roles at Virgin Money, including Senior Planning & Delivery Manager in the CEO Office and Executive Business Manager. Richard also led the apprenticeships agenda as an OD Manager. Prior to Virgin Money, Richard worked at Northern Rock from 2008 to 2011, where responsibilities included implementing process improvement solutions as an Operational Excellence Consultant and serving as a Sales Coach. Richard's expertise encompasses capacity modeling, branch classification, and stakeholder engagement.
