Pim Camps

Pim Camps has a varied work experience. Pim currently works at CM.com as Lead Sales Operations since 2019. Prior to this, they were a Business Analyst at CM.com from August 2020 to September 2022. Pim also worked as a Graduate Student at CM.com from September 2019 to August 2020.

Before joining CM.com, Pim was involved with the HAN Formula Student Team. Pim served as the Chairman of the Technical Committee from August 2017 to July 2019. In this role, they provided technical and management advice, as well as knowledge transfer support.

Pim also gained experience at voestalpine as a Graduate Student in Process Experts & Technologies from February 2017 to June 2017.

Additionally, Pim was part of the HAN Formula Student Team earlier in their career. Pim worked as the Team Manager from September 2015 to August 2016. Prior to that, they were the Founder and member of the Chassis Department from February 2015 to August 2015.

Pim Camps completed their education as follows:

- From 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Innovation Management at Eindhoven University of Technology.

- In 2019, they participated in an exchange program and studied Innovation Management at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.

- In 2016, they took part in an exchange program at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where they focused on Automotive Engineering.

- From 2013 to 2017, they attended Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) and completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Autotechniek (Automotive Engineering).

- Prior to their university studies, they completed their pre-university education at Over Betuwe College, Bemmel, from 2007 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Pim Camps obtained several certifications, including:

- CM.com Talent Development Program from INSEAD Executive Education, obtained in June 2022.

- SaaS Sales Mastership from Winning by Design, obtained in November 2020.

- Pre-Master Innovation Management from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, obtained in February 2018.

- Propedeuse in Automotive Engineering from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN), obtained in August 2014.
