Sam Windridge has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2004, they began their career as a CRM & Marketing Executive at Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Marketing and Communications Manager for Clipper Ventures plc - Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. Sam then joined Southampton Football Club as a Sponsorship and Hospitality Manager from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, they became a Business Development Manager at the Rugby Football League. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Head of Commercial at Fulham Football Club. Sam then had a role as an Executive Director at Arena Racing Company from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Head of Commercial at London Irish Rugby Club. In 2020, they joined CM.com as a Business Development Manager, and later in 2021, they were promoted to the role of Head of Sport & Partnerships for UK&I. Additionally, since 2022, they have been a Trustee for The Elizabeth Foundation, a national charity supporting deaf children and their families.
Sam Windridge attended the University of Portsmouth from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a BSc in Business Economics, focusing on the field of Economics.
