Charles Astafan is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in operations management, encompassing sales, engineering, manufacturing, and finance. Currently serving as General Manager at CM Shredders since December 2018, Charles oversees all operational aspects of the company. Prior to this role, Charles acted as General Manager for Sarasota Operations at Columbus McKinnon from July 1991 to December 2018, where similar responsibilities were held. Additionally, Charles was President of Crane Equipment & Service, Inc. from June 2009 to December 2013, leading one of the largest overhead crane manufacturers and service providers in the United States.
