Bahman Daniali is a seasoned project scheduling consultant with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Principal Scheduler at CM Solutions since May 2021, Daniali provides scheduling support services to the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). Prior experience includes roles as Project Scheduling Consultant for Turner-PCL, leading 4D scheduling and project controls for a $1 billion construction project, and Sr. Project Scheduler at Skanska USA. Daniali's career spans various prestigious projects, ranging from airport expansions to school modernizations, demonstrating expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, constructability reviews, and project controls. Daniali holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from Portland State University.

CMS acts on behalf of the owner or general contractor in support of CPM scheduling and planning, construction management services and claims analysis. Our staff offers onsite support as well as real-world construction expertise. CMS maximizes clients resources by managing schedules using an strategic and interpretive view of the Critical Path Method thereby allowing the customer to focus on completing the tactical tasks within deadline parameters and within budget.
