CMS acts on behalf of the owner or general contractor in support of CPM scheduling and planning, construction management services and claims analysis. Our staff offers onsite support as well as real-world construction expertise. CMS maximizes clients resources by managing schedules using an strategic and interpretive view of the Critical Path Method thereby allowing the customer to focus on completing the tactical tasks within deadline parameters and within budget. CMS will also perform forensics on behalf of clients to mitigate or resolve claims. CMS has a pool of people available for contract work.
