Elton Tognon

Elton Tognon has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Elton began their career in 2002 as a Product Assistant at Hexis Científica - Danaher Corporation and later worked as an Implementation Coordinator at Labsoft Tecnologia. In 2010, they served as an IT Project Coordinator at Unicorp Informática Industrial and then transitioned to a PMO Analyst role at Triad Systems.

In 2011, Elton joined PerkinElmer, Inc. as a Project Manager. Afterward, they worked as a Product Specialist at Leica Biosystems from 2014 to 2018.

Their most recent role was as a Senior Business Manager at Philips, where they started in 2018. During their time at Philips, Elton was responsible for marketing, business, and product strategic planning in the LatAm Informatics division. Elton successfully introduced over 20 new solutions in the Latin American region, leading to a growth of 10% year-on-year in sales. Elton also developed the Hospital Management Ecosystem business plan, implemented business models through the application of APIs, and led the design of operational strategies for the Precision Diagnostic/Informatics LatAm division. Elton held this role until 2022.

Currently, Elton works as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at CM Tecnologia, a position they started in January 2023.

Elton Tognon's education history includes a post-graduate degree in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they pursued from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they completed a Technology Management degree at the Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP. In their early education, from 2000 to 2004, Elton obtained a Technical degree in Sanitation from the ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo.

Additionally, Elton Tognon has obtained two professional certifications. In April 2018, they received the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org. Earlier, in February 2014, Elton acquired the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
