Daniel Hainey

Daniel Hainey is an experienced professional in building automation and real estate with a comprehensive background spanning more than two decades. Currently serving as a Retro-Commissioning Specialist at CM3 Building Solutions, Daniel has led various large and small-scale retro-commissioning projects, including significant work with NASA. Previously, Daniel was a Licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty, focusing on residential properties and client rehabilitation projects. Prior roles include leading BAS projects and integrating third-party devices at The Tustin Group and Honeywell, as well as project engineering positions at Accu-Temp Controls, Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Siemens Industry USA, and Barton Associates. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Leadership Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.
