Rafaela Nunes

Rafaela Nunes is an accomplished professional in technology innovation and data strategy, currently serving as Senior Director at CMA CGM since April 2019, where Rafaela has led significant local and global initiatives focused on organizational transformation, process improvements, and IT deployments. Prior to this role, Rafaela operated as an Independent Consultant, partnering with various consulting firms on supply chain projects from 2015 to 2019, and held a Project Manager position at Genoa DS, developing new supply chain tools. Earlier career experiences include roles at L'Oréal, where Rafaela established the Operational Planning department in a new distribution center and structured Demand Planning, along with internships at Natura and ArcelorMittal France focused on KPI analysis and productivity improvements. Rafaela holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and engineering degrees from Escola Politécnica da USP and INSA Lyon.
