Soumaya Mliouya

Soumaya Mliouya currently serves as a Compensation and Benefits Expert for the Levant & IMEA Region at CMA CGM since August 2024. Prior to this role, Soumaya held the position of Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst at EUROAPI from December 2022 to September 2024 and worked as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at AXA from November 2020 to December 2022. Experience also includes a role as a Consultante en Rémunération at Mercer France in early 2020, as well as positions as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Marsa Maroc and an HR-recruiter at Renault - Dacia Gap Automobiles in 2018. Soumaya began the professional journey as an HR assistant at OCP SA in 2017. Academically, Soumaya completed an MBA specialized in International HR and Compensation and Benefits Management from Magellan Institute in 2020 and holds a Master 2 in Financial and Accounting Management from Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion, Tanger, obtained in 2019.
